Biography
Leslie Hughes is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and licensed by the state of Georgia to provide family-centered healthcare to patients of all ages.
She graduated from The University of North Georgia as a Registered Nurse in 1994 and worked in the hospital/labor and delivery setting for 12 years before returning to school to pursue a Master’s Degree. She completed her MSN from the University of North Georgia in 2006 and then a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2017.
Leslie is a native of Blairsville, GA where she lives with her husband of 29 years. She enjoys spending time with her two grown children, traveling, reading and being active in her church.
